I want every session to feel easy, like we have known each other longer than we have. Being in front of a camera is not something most people are used to, and it can feel uncomfortable at first. I guide you when you need it, step back when the moment calls for it, and create space for you to simply be yourselves.

I’m not here for stiff poses or forced smiles. I pay attention to how you naturally interact, the small details you might not even notice, and the moments that unfold in between.

These photographs are not just for right now. They are something you will look back on for years, something your family will hold onto long after the moment has passed. My hope is that when you see your photos, you feel something and truly see your story in a way you did not expect. I focus on creating an experience that feels calm, intentional, and personal, so that what we capture together feels honest, natural, and lasting.

Photography found me long before I ever considered it a profession.

My mother loves to tell the story of my parents’ wedding, where four year old me somehow got hold of their film camera. They didn’t even realize I had it until they went looking for me and found me walking around taking photos.

I spent my childhood carrying disposable cameras everywhere I could. In 2002, I received my first digital camera, and throughout middle school and high school, I was always the friend documenting everything. In 2009, I got my first DSLR and never looked back.

More than two decades later, I still feel the same excitement when a moment unfolds in front of my lens. The difference now is that I get to preserve some of life’s biggest milestones for the people who trust me to tell their story.
